2009 Workshops

Stanislaus County MAPP Stakeholders Moving the Data to Action! –  Health doesn’t just happen in healthcare settings – it happens at home, in schools, in the workplace, and in community settings everywhere. Collaborating to integrate & connect the resources and knowledge of public health, healthcare delivery, community groups, and all private and public sector entities will result in the development of a comprehensive action plan for a Healthier Stanislaus!

Positioning for Change Workshop

January 22, 2009 – Positioning for Change Workshop: Key Stakeholders Moving the Data to Action

The Positioning for Change Workshop was held on January 22, 2009, attended by 111 participants representing 55 agencies. At that event, Public Health was asked to coordinate four additional ½ day workshops, one dedicated to each broad determinant.
