Improving Access to Health Care

This year marks the release of the Healthier Stanislaus County Community Assessment 2008, the first comprehensive community health profile of Stanislaus County sponsored by the Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnership (MAPP).  This assessment includes several stories of local agencies in Stanislaus County that are making a difference to improve access to health care for local residents.

Collectively called How We’re Making a Difference, these exciting accounts of local success have been assembled and are featured in this document. The following stories show how community initiatives and agencies are making a difference in Stanislaus County.
